Sweet, any recommended tracks with it?
I want rFactor 2 :rabies:
Screenshot of EVE again :retard:
I was going to make this a few days ago, but someone kinda destroyed my ship, but everything’s fine because he got killed by Concord
Hahaha, there are so many tracks for rfactor I’m not sure where to start xD
Autodrom Most
Mid-Ohio
…are both great, if you can set them up to drift, then:
Akina downhill is a good one. But I can’t drift ;_;
It’s a godam Holden Monaro and dont ever let me catch you saying otherwise again.
Monza. I used a keyboard as i dont have a wheel yet. Did some expermental changes on the car, geared completely for top speed. Acceleration is low and the grip, well, there is none. The car felt like it was on ice in the corners. But hell, it flew on the mains strieghts.
When i get a wheel, i’ll trounce those times!
Is it just me or is f1 racing only slightly less boring than watching it?
Just as awesome.
I can’t say I enjoy watching F1, but it certainly ain’t boring. Considering the speeds those guys go at, it’d be fucking mental.
0-100 in around 3 seconds? I’d love to have a go!!
I’ not much a fan of F1 because I never really cared about the speed they went. IMO it’s all about driving skills, and seeing how much those cars costs something tells me they’re not too hard to drive. Sure it’s still difficult, but there’s much harder out there.
Imonfire, that’s absolutely retarded.
F1 Car Philosphy;
I know, lets build the fastest cars ever!
Yeah!
Then spend every year, trying to make them slower!
Yeah!
soz ur faec
But seriously, would you like to explain?
Sean, just go watch demolition derby or something. All you seem to want from motorsport is crashes.
If I wanted to watch rednecks crash cars into each other all day, I’d watch NASCAR.
I like a motorsport where they spend each year making the car go faster, without faggot regulations like F1 has each year.
I also like a car that actually sounds like a car, as apposed to the F1 which sound like the worlds loudest vespa’s.
Your comment that having cars that aren’t “hard to drive” means it takes less skill. At that speed, if the cars weren’t nice to drive, they’d all die. Regardless of that, I’d be pretty surprised to see racing that involved hard to drive cars. There are no races which started with the conversation “hey, chaps, let’s all race in cars with square wheels and no steering!”
The regulations in09 made them more of a drivers car, no traction control, less grip etc, 09 was the best year in, well, years xD More overtaking closer races, etc
.
Rally would be worth watching if instead of them going out 1 by 1 in a pansy fashion, all 30 cars went at it at the same time along the narrow mountain roads.
It’s not other motorsports that have “hard-to-drive” cars, it’s F1 that has “easy-to-drive” cars. They do not have to use any advanced driving technique, deal with broken mechanic in the middle of the race or even a flat tire. Every tracks are perfectly smooth, and they have all the time in the world to fine tune their 15 million cars.
It already exists and it’s called Rally Raid.
Well, montreal wasn;t perfectly smooth last year, amirite >.>
