Note the trigger discipline. He places his finger across the triggerguard, though. I prefer to brace against the side of the frame, above the guard entirely, myself.
I know what you mean. Trigger discipline is such a normal thing now I just have my finger anywhere on the gun, but on the trigger. Plus I know my gun and it was unloaded without anything in the chamber. I am very cautious around guns.
