Imonfire, the sooner the better. The older you are when you quit, the more weight you put on.
I put on an extra 30 lbs within 1 1/2 years of quitting. Oh wait, there was work/no work stress in there too that had me retaining every bit of caloric intake as well. So I am sure all that didnt help. (My moments of “pretty” are now far and few between.) And then there is my hubby. He was 170 to 180 for 10 years of us being together. Then he quit and over the course of 3 years he is now 250.
Anyway, yeah. The sooner the better.
Can we not talk about anit-smoking etc. It really bores me.
The correct way of smoking is to ingest the lit cigarette, or use it as an enema.
