well, lets put it this way. The younger you are when you quit, the better it is. For every decade or so that you put behind you as a smoker, the more weight you WILL put on when you finally kick it. And we all know that the older you are, the harder it is to take off.
Yeah, i’m 19 and i’ve been smoking for about 4 years. Starting to feel the effects now! : (
