You’re doing it wrong! Looks like your pup selector is set to the middle position (or am I going blind?), whilst the humbucker (for maximum metahl) is in the bridge position!
I know, I was testing some technical stuff, cause am having some problems with the Bridge =/
I don’t have a middle pickup on my Tele. Only a humbucker in the bridge and a single coil at the neck. Single coil is terrible at anything but clean channel.
Depends on the sound you’re going after, tbh

I very rarely play my guitar on my amp, because my amp’s just a POS 8" Practice amp. It doesn’t even have a company name on it.
i have a pretty decent amp but i never use it because i don’t have the patience to actually learn anything
