My face is crooked. No joke, one side of my jaw is longer than the other, so I had a brace, and perfectly neat teeth…except the top and bottom of my mouth line up in no way whatsoever o_0

I had braces for four years, followed by jaw surgery to line my bottom teeth up with my top teeth, followed by my jaw wired shut for a week, and then a retainer that I hardly wore. My bottom teeth are a little crooked now, but no where near what they were.I wonder if I still have that mold for my teeth before all the work I had done?

Immediately after they removed my braces the put me wires at the back of my teeth so I don’t have to wear a mouthpiece during the night.

So true. I had braces for 18 months, then I got a clear retainer for my top and the wire for my bottom teeth. I love the wire, I never even think about it anymore. I just wish that they had given me a wire on the top too, I never remember to wear the retainer and it hurts like hell whenever I do remember.
I had to wear braces for about 2 years. Once the slooow agonising process was finished, I celebrated by sinking my teeth into an old man’s head. True story.
Lost one of my front teeth and fucked up another two in the process too.
