Also the background is animated. It fades thru different color hues

That’s a cool startbar, how’d you get the quicklaunches (I assume those are what they are) into the middle, and where to your open windows go?
nope thats the original task bar icons. I centered them by using two invisible tool bars to force the icons into the center.
EDIT: I changed the rainmeter font and I added seconds and added a 1/4 second counter to the clock
Still need some Icons for steam/Blender 3d. Anyone know of any that fit the style?

It’s stuff you click, so you don’t have to click in the other four places you start programs.

That is actually very nice. I have to figure out how to get DreamScene working on Win7 Pro.
It’s a Dock bar. It really helps with keeping the desktop clean while making it look good at the same time. I use Rocket Dock. https://rocketdock.com/
They removed the built in DreamScene functionality from windows 7 but they make a program over at win customize that will hack it back in.
But what I’m doing is I have the same pic but with different Hue Grommets. I then set them to my background and I tell windows 7 to transition them as often as possible.

how small is your screen?! Rainmeter is very customizable. Just find a meter that is close to what you want and just edit the ini file in note pad. There are even some very screen realestate aware configs out there.
