Post Your Desktop

Heh, cool. If I want to rotate it, say put it in the top right corner, do I have to manually edit the images?

Looks like mate, the images in the skins folder are all oriented for bottom right.

Oh, and thanks FireTime, it scales perfectly! :smiley:
.

@Kairouseki
top right wouldn’t be possible without re rendering, but top left would be by using ImageFlip BOTH in the Image Meter.

But it would be kinda upside down. For it to look right you would need to re render all of the images. I recommend using macro because there are quite a few PNG’s to go thru.

@Siggs :slight_smile:
also some awsm pics at that link

heh, sorry for not posting it, i have been away from the computer today :wink:

Well, here’s my desktop with the corner clock and another skin that measures system information.

THIS IS MY BOOMSTICK!

The problem is that a few of my wallpapers conflict with the colors of both the corner clock and the system monitor.

I haven’t posted mine in ever:

Look on my foods, ye Mighty, and despair!

44 images worth of 71 MB set on slideshow, shuffle, 15 minutes. Disadvantages: I really want to eat now.

Ozymandias ftw.

Also cucumbers.

Also, how did you make that .jpg of all the pics in your slideshow? Is there a quick and easy way of doing it?

I think when you are in the dialog where you change your desktop, you just take a screen and crop it so you only see the list of the pictures in the slideshow.

Cucumbers?

as of the moment, i need a better picture i didnt just rape from google images, but ive always gone for spacey stylez.

:slight_smile:

Where do you find that CPU monitor?

Cucumbers.

As for that if it was anyone else I would’ve gone with a snarky “Windows Key + R -> explorer.exe” but I’ll care to elaborate here. In Windows 7 Explorer, I changed the view to “Extra Large Icons”, then I hid file names from the View menu and disabled all the extra layout elements like the navigation bar. Hit F11 for fullscreen and from there on it’s Print Screen and compositioning in Photoshop. Not awfully quick but relatively easy, as long as you have Win7.

But… but… i think my method works as well :stuck_out_tongue:

whatever.

nice food pics :slight_smile: you must get hungry everytime you are on your computer, right?

The thing with the dialog is that the thumbnails are too small, which really wouldn’t do justice to an image that is already, say, 3624x2448 px. Also fuck(!) I wanna bite a chunk off the monitor.

get off your ass and get some food then fgt

@Mango Assassin

I went thru a space wallpaper phase. Here is a rar of some some images that I collected.

Let me know once you download it because it is hogging a decent part of my drop box.

Haha, cheers Fire :smiley: Finished.

@Kairouseki
about CPU monitor, it also works combined with Speedfan.

CPU Monitor (Provided your running Vista/7)
(All CPU Meter V2.6 (16,12,6,8,4,3,2,1 Core)

Theres plenty, i could recommend some to you, everything of mine i use work 100%
(notifys you of updates a little tab will appear underneath it to which is cool.)

EDIT - For examples…

Ignore temp reading at top (i need to deactivate a controller that is non existent, thats why its saying that, its not a flaw) I don’t need 2, its just an example.)

:awesome:

That’s a pretty sly method. TOP HOLE.

Zelda wallpaper :awesome:
