the main reason is not just about whether this thread sucks or not, there were many “post your…” threads that ended up really badly, and am quite sure you’ve seen them. and acting like this won’t lead you anywhere.
The reason is that posting your internet browser is far less interesting than posting your desktop. There’s less customisation, far less.
I don’t wanna know what music player/search bar you use! and aside from that, themes can only do so much. It’s simply not. as. good.

what does the topic’s success have to do with shadi jumping on the bandwagon? I started arguing with shadi not because he said this thread was ‘bad’, but because he failed to tell me why when I asked him.
and also, if the thread hadn’t been derailed so much from the start, the outcome could have been different. if you like it, great; if you dont, why dont you just let it die?
It’s not to do with the arguements, what catz is saying, is strip that out, and see what on-topic discussion there is.
When you do that, you’ll see this thread is pretty short and dull.

I understood her post. But look at the first 3 replies of the thread. Don’t you think that if no trolling had existed maybe more people would have been encouraged to participate?
