Pink HL2

ololl ur so funneh

Also, I’ve redone/fixed the Shotgun Combine and the RPG, but since I’m a terrible person, I’ll upload those directly to the moddb page :stuck_out_tongue: I still love you guys though <3

You’re a barbie girl, in gordon freeman’s wooorld
Pink in half life, it’s fantastic
You can paint the walls, and make it all look gaaay
Imagination, half life is your creation

(?)

You best not be dissin Viv man.

:rage:

I sent you my idea on ModDB. :3

Yup, I saw, hope we can expand on the idea, sounded interesting

Also, GOD DAMNIT BOBBEH

EP1 right there. HL2 HUD is both yellow and broken. RAEG

Are you planning on expanding this idea? It vaguely reminds me of a “Counter Strike for Kids” ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mB6fq9Aadwk )

Like, replace grenades with Pokeballs, use funny sounds, turn the combines into clowns or use a candy stick instead of a crowbar. Could be hilarious.

If the crosshair was a double Q it’d be some epic win right there

This is my favourite mod on the internets

The update hasn’t affected any of this has it? I HOPE NOT

It shouldn’t have affected the textures… at least… I hope not. :frowning:

Nopå

As it said, the HUD is totally broken in EP1, and it went back to yellow besides getting broken in HL2. I tried copying the HUD files from EP2 in the HL2/EP1 folders, but it didn’t work. I’m heavily depressed now :frowning:

Don’t worry Billy, I’ll help you tomorrow ^___^

[COLOR=‘Magenta’]I’d bet Alyx would like it!

Why tomorrow? I can help her now. :3

Looks like the HUD’s font (or the characters it references within the font) are the problem. Valve might’ve included a new .ttf with the update… or it’s possible the HUD’s references are now calculated differently. I’m not sure how to approach fixing the problem, but what advice I do have would be to work on recolouring the standard post-update HUD.

Seems like that will be the way to go, yup. Funny thing is the update also fixed a recolor I had been working on for months and that I couldn’t figure out how to fix, so yay, less work for me

Someone has probably already mentioned this, but you just have to retexture one file and delete the rest to make the game extremely pink.

As per request by Jokerine…Pink
