Hmm, strange, it works for me. I tried this one. Take a look:
In order to install it, you need to download the file hl2_green_physcannon.rar, open it, and look for the “materials” folder. Once you find it, extract it to the folder where you installed Steam - most of the times, the location is C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\YOUR STEAM NAME\half-life 2\hl2, and that should do it for you.
If you have any problems, feel free to ask.
