Mobile Vikings is an operator that licenses the network of Base/Orange. They offer Edge and 3G (3G currently only in the bigger cities in Belgium)
For each €15 top-up a month you get 1000 free SMSes, 1GB free internet and you call at a rate of €0.25/min. At the end of the month, the 1GB internet and 1000 free SMSes are blocked and you start paying for them at normal rate until you top your SIM up again for €15.
