I bought a cheap radeon 6850 and got a 22" 1080p LED backlit LCD TV for my birthday.

I have the same card. Its awesome. Software actually works as well unlike anything from creative.
Yup so far so good.
I’m coming from my Diamond Xtreme Sound 7.1DDL, which will be going into the media centre now.
Nothing wrong with the Diamond card, but the CMI 8768+ only outputs roughtly 100db SNR which I actually could notice, and I do notice a more full responsive sound with the Xonar.
Also, I’m betting my next mobo doesn’t have a single PCI slot for the Diamond card.
