Samsung Galaxy S2 ( someone else posted that they got one earlier, so I know I’m not the first 'round here )
Because Rogers is a bunch of a-holes I had to buy it retail for 630 bucks. But after selling my old phone and some old computer crap I had sitting around only ended up costing me 200…I’m okay with that price.
I’ve already commenced unlocking and etc. It’s pretty sweet.
Twas me. What’s impressing you the most so far max? For me it’s the camera, closely followed by the screen of course. The options you can set on the camera are brilliant, and it outdoes my compact my a long shot
One small handful of parts later…

I’m technically still waiting on my CPU cooler - a Coolermaster Hyper 212+ - but I decided to use the stock cooler for now because I was impatient to get this beast up and running.
So many unnecessary but awesome parts.
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz
I demand your RAM sticks.
I’d have to say it’s the responsiveness, and how willing it is to have multiple things on the go without problem.
The 1080P video is pretty sweet too. HD home made porn! Woot!
shit’s making me want to build more puters.
:awesome: :awesome:
Holy crap :awesome:
Done building it yet Jambo?
Hurry the fuck up!
:awesome:^:awesome:
Pics when you’re done Jambo.
Also, why is there a clone trooper on the cover? They swapped the helmets out before we saw The Executor.
Edit: according to Wookiepedia, the construction wasn’t finished until during/after the first movie.
I opened up my comp to install a third intake fan, and while it was open I figured I’d snap a picture of it in its full glory. It’s too bad I can’t control power fan speed with UEFI bios; that third fan is going to burn out pretty quick if I keep it running at 1400rpm all the time.
While I was mucking about, I upped the clock speed on my RAM to its proper 1600 MHz. I’m interested to see how much of a difference it makes.
A floor mounted fan like that’s a bit funny isn’t it? I mean I’ve never really seen fans like taht unless it’s a full atx case with a kind of wind channel underneath. In my experience mid sized ones rarely have them?
But yes, very nice. Funnily enough, the thing I envy most in there is…the modular psu :jizz: I should have forked out for one, my life would be so much easier…
The CG show is what Star Wars is at the moment, that guy is on most of the hasbro shit too, even the lightsabers and EU/ Original Trilogy figures
Actually, it’s only partially modular, which I wish I’d known before I bought it.
I got set on a TX series from Corsair, noticed the modular version, and didn’t do all my homework. The two PCI express leads are the only modular parts; the rest are all permanent. And yeah, this case sits up a bit on rubber feet, so there’s about a centimeter of space underneath for air to flow. That bottom fan channels air directly into my videocard intake, which is why I wanted to install it there.
