Pimp your...

My desk. Laptop 1440x900 monitor.

Desktop, primary 22" 1680x1050, secondary 19" 1280x1024.
Mind status: Blown

I’m now $350 poorer and one Arbor snowboard deck richer:

I have the same setup except my laptop is 1280x800 and my 19" monitor is on the left of the 22" (so that when I’m playing games at various resolutions, the icons/wallpaper doesn’t shift all the time.)

More then 1440x900. I haven’t had the chance to use a monitor your size ram, so I wouldn’t know.

Nice. It’s a pity England has no where good for snowboarding near me :frowning:

Some project I did on AutoCAD a couple of years ago, for a CAD drawing class.

!!!BIG PICS SPAM!!!

Yes, it’s an exact (pretty much) replica of this Exploriens spaceship #6982:

As I said, it’s a CAD program, not a proper modelling program, so…

Edit: ok, the attach is gay, it resizes the images… hold on
Edit2: imageshack is kinda gay as well… it does everything to avoid you link directly, pft.
Edit3: Not sure if this is the right thread for that anyway, or some place in the Show Off forum…

Bet your bitchtits it is nice. Its got carbon-fiber inserts! And that wood texture is not painted on, the top layer is a sheet of raw bamboo. Personally I like the appearance of the wood grain on Arbor’s hardwood boards better than the bamboo, but their wide boards all use bamboo to decrease the weight.

That is very cool for AutoCAD work. Mine looks very amateurish compared to that.

Don’t you have a high end video card of some kind? If that’s correct, what are you doing with such a low resolution?

I’ve used a 1920x1200 screen for a week and I got tired of it, 1680x1050 is better for me.

Now 2560x1600 is another story, I would give my right testicle to have a screen like that.

Well played, sir.

Holy fucking shit, I had that exact same lego set when I was a kid.

I think I had the redux version of it.

Definitely one of the most awesome sets I had, so many awesome pieces, lots of dudes, fucking MAGNETS, new cockpit windows (the only I had at the time were like 5 years old, all scratched, almost opaque). I think I :jizz:'d when I got that. Ok I was probably too young for that, but whatever :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve been using a 1920x1200 monitor for some time now, and I still don’t understand why anyone would think it is a good idea to post a picture of their shitty desktop at 3648x2736 :fffuuu::fffuuu::fffuuu::fffuuu:

HEY MAN, YOUR SCREEN WORKS WITH VISTA… I DON’T WANT TO GO WITH VISTA COZ I THINK MY SCREEN DOZ NOT SUPORT IT!!!121!!

HAI MAN MAH MOUSE IS VISTA COMPATIBLE TOO :3 I’M SOOOOO VISTA

Laptop has a 8600 GTS, but 1440x900 on a 15 inch screen is good for me. The text is a reasonable size.

Desktop computer, I just have my monitor at it’s native resolution. I’m sure I could find a workaround for a higher resolution, but I’m okay with my current resolution. I could have a zillion by a zillion, but my monitor is only 22 inches, and I like having a reasonable size text.

Because that’s the size my camera took it at and I didn’t feel like resizing. I thought the average person would be able to figure that out, but I guess for the below average…

Rofl Even I posted pics from my camera ITT before, nobody said that was against the rules or anything, but I still keep my pics under 1mb, so they’re about 7megapixel.
