I absolutely understand. My family moved into a house where the previous owner had considered himself a regular do-it-yourselfer. He finished the basement and tiled the basement bathroom himself. Problem was, he used ordinary wood behind the tiles, rather than smart board (that plastic-wood-composite stuff that’s waterproof). So, the entire shower had to be ripped out and replaced because the boards were all rotten. Bit of a hidden cost.

Have you not heard my constant raging in chat about how BAD toshiba’s are? My total experience of them involves mine overheating and breaking 3 times and my friends one melting it’s motherboard. Oh and it’s not as fast as I was expecting.

Dell are pretty good for laptops now.
