Wait, let me get this right… you bought shit to make your triggers longer? :meh:
3$ for a mod is alot, I got a stock SIXAXIS controller for 5$ today. Got it from people who basically damaged it until it was unusable, thankfully I was able to fix the stuck R2 button using a spring from a floppy disk. It was rattling inside due to too many pieces broken off, and now it works just like new, now to figure out how to play without the USB cable connected…
Too bad it doesn’t fix the problem of the springs being slightly too “loose.” I’ve read that those things make fine control of the triggers easier, but IMO, it needs slightly heavier duty springs anyway. And I’m too lazy to get new springs and take my controller apart.
the dual shock3/sixaxsis is surprising easy to disassemble (when compared to the 360 controller) I do it all the time to clean them out. Just remove the batt and the board and soak it in warm water. Just place the thing button size down and stack the parts and everything should should just slide together.
New Tower.
I be pimpin’.
Best job of cable management I have ever done, mainly because I now have a tower capable of fitting it all in.
Hawt. Plus kudos for the N64 to PC controller

It is awesome controller.
Now my complete N64 game collection on the emulator are worth playing.
I grow curious, what method does it hook up with, and how well’s it work?
I’ve been eyeing this adapter for a while, but hesitantly…
Ordered an Intuos4 L. Decided to go for a new one rather than a used one. I know myself well enough to know that I’ll be annoyed if I receive a used one and find some small imperfections such as a scratched surface.
/curious for when it’ll arrive.
That is exactly what I have and it works like a dream.
You plug it in and calibrate and it works.
No need for software and works in Win7.
I haven’t tested my rumble pak yet, because I am yet to find it, but other wise its fantastic for its price.
Just wanted to pimp my cruddy cable management.
My friend’s PC could give you a run for your money. He’s currently not in the country so I cough ‘borrowed’ his video card. It took me about half an hour and I ended up removing every single panel of the case because the cables were so damn tangled I couldn’t get it out.
Then again, your cables somehow look even intentionally cross-looped and what’s with the rubber bands, man?
Yeah I didn’t do the cross-looping myself, and the rubber bands are there to hold some of the wires together/up. Didn’t have any of those plastic thingies (whatever they’re called) around, and I cba to go out and buy them.
Also, it’s almost impossible to get my optical drives out without disconnecting pretty much everything.
Picked these up today:

god that is an unnecessary head unit why have a DVD player in your dash? I hope you crash.
Someone that I used to work with had a DVD player in her dash. And, get this, when you pushed play, the screen automatically slid out and flipped up.
To be honest, I won’t be using the DVD function of the thing hardly at all, seeing as I don’t own any DVD’s that I would watch. I just like the touch screen functionality, the interface, and the bluetooth tethering to my phone for hands free calling. And those decks that are single DIN and slide out and flip up are really expensive, roughly 2.5x the price of the one I got.
Yeah it’ll be awesome when you’re using the touch screen and you crash.
So awesome :awesome:
