That first image of mine is from a little statue called the “Veense Torenschijter”.
Veense is short for “Terveense”, which is a district in my town (Evergem). The “Torenschijter” literally means “Towercrapper”. So it’s the “Towercrapper of Tervenen”, which used to be the nickname of the people that lived in that district. No idea how they got that nickname, but one can imagine…
Then again, this is Belgium, our biggest attraction is a little statue that pees on Asians.
European Statues are all weird as fuck for some reason.

Sorry about the crappy quality but my scanner decided to pixelate everything. Also, I think the instagram filter-like colours may be due to the fact that the expiry date on the film I used was in 2006
