Womens hockey? Not usually as fast pace as mens, but :jizz:
Hahaha
It was a mix actually - She was a sweety.
She knew how to handle a stick anyways - Ummm never mind.
Image dump time.
I recently did some volunteer trail work in the Sierras (mountain range in eastern California) for four eight hour days. I got some great close-ups, so here they are:
(this is a fellow trail worker who is a part of Americorps which is similar to the Peace Corps but it doesn’t leave America)
Second post for more pictures
This was a Marmot that visited us during lunch and begged for food from a distance.
Garth,
Those really are some nice shots.
At my job, I could get a Canon Rebel EOS XSi for 584 CAD. Should I get it? I’m a photographer for a band (of which I also am the webmaster, manager, roadie, etc.), plus I’m kind of an amateur photographer.
Currently I have a Fujifilm Finepix S8000. It’s got a great zoom (18x), but the fact that it has an integrated lens, that it’s only 8MP and that the flash’s not very bright bugs me a lot. That and I feel like the picture aren’t so crisp.
Yes. Do it. NOW.
Classic Player Jaguar… Kill that guitarist now
When you’ll hear him playing guitar, you’ll retire that statement.
Taking pictures of lightning. Hard as fuck. Blurry as hell.
I don’t see anything

phone camera is camera phone
Makes sucky pictures and doesn’t afraid of anything
I decided to try out the macro on my phone while I was in France. Some turned out not so good…
(No amount of fiddling seemed to fix this photo: the web overexposed the picture)
A couple turned out much better…
And others turned out great!
Also lizards.
Needless to say, I’m fekkin’ impressed with my phone.
If any of those turn out to not be native to France, the Agence européenne pour l’environnement is gonna have your ass, sur un plateau d’argent.
First rule of the nature photographer: leave no witnesses.
Here are some of my favourites I’ve done. Yes I love the decay :rabies:
and here more because of the 12 image in one post restriction…
