Had to save that one; that’s a really intricate building. I could probably stare at that for an hour and still be picking up on small details. Awesome.
It was taken at an abandoned air force base near where I live, in what used to be a dormitory. Very empty and cold, but at least the lights were on…
It’s a mind boggling building isn’t it, I took so many pics. I love the way the chimneys and the crests above the windows…they’re all different.

I live in one of the estate houses of Waddesdon Manor, which is almost as intricate as Royal Holloway…

Lord Rothschild clearly had more cash than he needed back in the day and thought that a French Chateau would be best sited in Buckinghamshire… Also a firm believer in extreme spiral staircasing too, it would seem…

Well, in fairness, it is a picture, in the picture thread, so he can’t be done for being off-topic… still, a blurry-assed picture of someone we don’t know’s workstation makes for a really rather “meh” picture. Your dad has two screens… congratulations, you must be very proud of him to want to share that. :meh:
