Also, I am stunned by the amount of flaming that has occurred in this thread. I am not going to read all of this, but what I did read was ungrounded moral outrage and a little bit of trolling. I’m not going to bother continuing in this thread.

That’s an excellent idea. I’ve seen other forums that do that and it works very well, where they implement special rules with stricter guidelines to help control the discussion.

Kane want’s to prove a point. No one is safe. If you see a troll report it. Good forum deeds to not go unrewarded, and contrarywise, complicity with the troll’s cause, will not go unpunished.
Just to get back on subject, if you don’t mind:
Laws don’t work. Name one law that has worked as it was intended to.
Examples:
Speed limit. often broken
Drugs. often broken
Murder. often broken
Theft. often broken
Underage Sex. often broken
Need I say more? Making a law forcing people to get vasectomies after X number of children will only fuel the urge to have more kids. Plus, I don’t see such a law happening any time soon, as essentially public opinion is what rules a society, and I don’t see us anywhere near having a public opinion of forcing vasectomies. 
But I digress.
I’d say a lot more people are willing to speed than kill somebody, and a lifetime jail sentence might have something to do with it.

Laws aren’t made to be broken, that’s just pure fallicy.
Laws are broken only because people think they won’t get caught. Notice the laws that are harder to catch are the ones most often broken. It’s pretty hard to hide a massive belly or a birth certificate, and if you don’t get a birth certificate, then you are destroying your own child’s life out of intense selfishness.
Also, I understand the law would never ever pass, I was speaking theoretically.
I would police it, and have a grand old time. Though to be fair I probably shouldn’t be trusted with the power to ban people who have stupid opinions.

Oh, and to reply to a previous comment on my post: While birth certificates and stomachs and children are very hard to hide, the human’s sex drive would overpower reason. Quite naturally.
