The evidence for “astral projection” or out of body experiences is 100% anecdotal, and therefore inadmissable as scientific proof. Of course this doesn’t mean it’s not real 
I recall some interesting anecdotes of OBEs of patients during open heart surgery.
As far as whether Buddha claimed to astral project, I haven’t read anything to that effect, but I do understand that especially Indian Buddhists attributed pretty much every superpower imaginable to the Buddha (“he can fit the entire universe into a drop of water” and so on) and this extravagant description is widely interpreted as a parable of his deep understanding of the nature of reality, and not a literal description of supernatural abilities.

I am rather clueless about a global veiw of their faith, but did read through varoius historical texts dirrectly related to his life and times. In those texts, I haven’t read anything about astral projections in the writings of the Buddha either. I have little doubt that the dumb-ass on the video is trying to cash in on the Buddah’s fame and simply trusting that his audience would not even stop to think if something like this was even a part of the Buddhist faith. He is a flim flam man who would not think twice about bastardizing what is sacred to someone else…

No. However, a useful tidbit of info is this: Watch the movie referenced below or watch a documentary. It was the US’ covert war that was waged in the middle east.
Charley Wilson’s War; which was the Soviets equivalent to Vietnam (Middle East, Afghanistan to be specific) was a war that was funded covertly, black booked, and it paved the way for the irrational Terrorists like the Taliban and people like Osama Bin-Laden (or however the fuck it’s spelled).
What we’re fighting is the aftermath of that. Irregardless, no our own government (let alone government(s), the exception of any dictatorship) would do ANYTHING to threaten the integrity of their infrastructure willingly.
9/11 is such a case that took several billions of dollars to clean up and fix the mess. It was another Pearl Harbor.
It baffles my mind as to why people will believe that the US government decided to do that to justify some war in another country that we shouldn’t even be in in the first place.
If that was true our own economy would’ve collapsed a lot sooner than it did now. As countries like Iran and Cuba would’ve been taken out of the picture too using that logic (and have several more disasters happen).
One thing I will admit is that the US government is a very poorly run one, since they usually spend billions on useless things instead of improving things that are essential to our infrastructure E.G. the power grid. As my father, sister, and I are working for some section of the government, we’ve figured out that the entire thing is run by a whole bunch of idiotic and childish bureaucrats. (I have a low tolerance for stupidity in the first place)
On a further note: The warning signs for 9/11 were there, a very bad information network fucked things up, and the information that could’ve saved the lives of thousands of people, billions of dollars in damage and prevented what was essentially the second Pearl Harbor from happening. Mishandling of information like that should NOT be repeated but it is, and will continue to be.
Do I like it? No.
Is there anything I can do about it? I wish, best you can do is pray that something’ll straighten them out but it’s unlikely.

Not saying there’s a huge conspiracy or a NWO, but honestly, it’s not that unlikely that there are groups of people who do anything to maintain the status quo.
Core US policy is based around maintaining it’s international superiority.

If I had my way we’d be exchanging delegates for the Senate and house of representatives at least once a year. Personally, I wish people in the two opposing government parties would stop bickering and feuding, and just think about the country in general, rather than opposing whatever’s on the table due to the fact that it’s the other party’s idea.
