I discovered BM in 2005 when the flash site was playing HL2 music, I didn’t want to sign up and didn’t even read the forum that much… I signed up in 2006 just because I wanted to see some attachment file on GN, I didn’t know BM was hosted there, a few months later I started posting after rediscovering BM due to a media update
I remember the days of the flash site. I though it was neat that you could move the windows inside the browser.

I haven’t posted much, but I’ve been a registered member of this community since long before the gamernode days, but shortly after the split from the original leak-free. Although I was never part of the original leak-free, I was part of the leak-free reincarnate that died awhile back… so that makes me circa late 2004, early 2005-ish?

Hai guys! What’s going on in this thread?
Short answer, real life stuff (work, illness and my amazing and wonderful girlfriend who I’m sure none of you want to hear about/believe really exists) have all eaten up my time and left me unable to carry out my promised dev post collation work, or post/moderate here much (although I did some lurking and keeping an eye on the place). Rest assured I’m in a better place now (work is less crazy/I’m less ill/I finally got some) and I still fully intend to work on this, and soon. I’ve already seen many cool dev posts that would make for good additions just in catching up with things this afternoon, and I’ve got a good idea how I’m going to tackle the job now.
That said, since you’ve all done a wonderful job of feeding my giant ego with this topic, I think each and every one of you deserves an individual response to every post.

Wow, it seems like yesterday when I was the guy who spent about 60% of his waking hours every day here, with an enormous postcount and having read every post that anyone made in years (going back a forum version or two). Unfortunately, now I’m getting laid instead, so you’re all having to learn to do with less of me. Hopefully I’ll be around more consistently from now on though.
