On the subject of SDK, I’m not exactly sure what’s wrong here, but try downloading the game from a non-torrent. hates torrents for no particular reason
EDIT: I can also recommend downloading from Desura. You have to download the program, but the mods are easy to get running.
i downloaded from desura too i am thinking that the problem is source sdk 2007 because i have downloaded from desura and black mesa files are not the problem
