Got a Quick Suggestion? - Small suggestions that don't need their own thread

What are you doing here then? :stuck_out_tongue:

:3

What’s wrong with that?

As if you had to ask…
I must admit that I didn’t mind the overbloom in the core chamber in ep1, so I guess it would be ok in the test chamber during the RC in BM.

:aah:

:hmph: Took me a while to figure ot what you meant by that…

And no, I did NOT mistake that pic with the test chamber or the core chamber for that matter.
The screenshot simply reminded me me of those locations. So yeah… Should have made myself clearer, I guess… :tired:

Oh, I was referring to the bloom in the Mirror’s Edge shot, not your post. I guess you ninja’d me.

It didn’t look that bad on my computer.

My eyes :aah:

That’s why the real HL2 update looks better than that update mod. The coast’s sky in the mod looked like a big splatter of bloom just like that.

I agree that it would be time consuming and pointless to apply this at such a late date in development (if it hasn’t been done already). But if you plan ahead and figure out the layout from the beginning, it is actually quite easy to keep a continuity from one level to the next.

Of course I would be the jackass that would have you make five left hand turns in Surface Tension so that you cross your path without realizing it

Black Mesa from Half-Life overlaps itself to hell and back.

Suggestion:
Obscure console command to replace the bullsquid’s spit with the beam of a gluon-gun (or a steady spray of the garg’s flamethrower)
Make this mod paid, but accelerate releasing.
It’s really boring and sad to wait for years…

Can’t. It’d be illegal.
Valve owns Half Life, not the Black Mesa team.
Still, it’s been in development for 5 odd years, proves it will be good!

You’d think so, wouldn’t you?

DNF.

On topic: More foodstuffs and related products like trays scattered around in the cafeteria in WGH. A lot more bathrooms as well.

But you’ve already covered that, right?

Funny part is that it is very possible and easy to swap out the spit for the gluon beam, tau beam, or Gargantua flame via code.

BULL-TAU VIDEO NAO.

:fffuuu:

NNNNUUUUUUUU!

Those silly scientists, building their facilities with their dimentional rifts.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
