Exactly what it sounds like :lol: It said on their website that it has all sorts of vitamins and stuff to help your reflexes. But it’s way overpriced. $8 for a single pouch, $23 for an eight pack box, and $45 for a 16 pack. But I’ve heard it’s good
you know what else is filled with vitamins? fruit, vegetables, and anything else one might eat on a daily basis
