Nah, I prefer him over you any day. You act like a tool in most of your post but Ram is actually witty and has intelligent conversation, most of the time.

edit: but this is all very off topic, we were discussing Ramenators question about whether these comics are supposed to be funny. I’ve seen several conflicting responses (“it’s not meant to be funny, its meant to be ironically unfunny, you had to have been there for it to be funny”), maybe you guys could clarify?

Look, you don’t make any attempts to be friendly or funny, so everyone treats you accordingly. You aren’t polite either, so you’re obviously not going to get a pat on the head from any moderator.

And the comics are all different. Different content, author and humour. If you don’t like them, that’s fine, but you don’t have to bitch in every single damn comic thread saying how they’re shit and how “Garry’s mod is ruining the internet” as if the internet didn’t start off ruined.

Just to set the record straight I believe I’ve only posted in 2 comic threads, and I haven’t expressed an opinion in this one. Thanks for the feedback on my posting style, though. You are doing your part to improve these forums for everyone.

Personally I’m filing this under ‘you had to be there’. I spent ages trying to get hold of someone with the power to give me mod authority over the BM Steam chat because it had recently gotten much more popular and busy, people were enjoying it, and yet sometimes it needed policing (spammers/trolls/phishers/etc) and no admins were ever around. I finally got my admin star, and got a little silly kicking people for daft reasons, or no reason at all. I won’t go into all the funny shenanigans now (I doubt anything could crack your predetermined straightface at this point), but for those of us who were there and found it all rather amusing this is a nice reminder.

I don’t know why people complain about getting bans in this forum. You can get away with a surprising level of of illicit activity if you know when you back away and keep you mouth shut in the PMs…the second part is sometimes more difficult. :stuck_out_tongue:

I didn’t find this comic to be unfunny at all. I enjoyed the work as it had a humorous sense and that this could have happened and I wish I was there to see it, but with my luck I would most likely been perma banned. So I would like to say good job and I can’t wait to see more.

Perish the thought. If you had greater powers of reading comprehension, or the attention span of my six year old niece (who could manage to read my entire post, a task you seem to think beyond you) you’d have noticed that what I was writing about there was firstly:

  • me (some might cruelly say my favourite subject), secondly:
  • Ram (Ram would say my favourite subject) and thirdly and most importantly:
  • the comic this thread was created for, in other words, [COLOR=‘Red’]the topic (and in fact the answer to a question you asked, numbnuts) which you have subsequently dragged us away from (hence some [COLOR=‘Red’]posts deleted), and which we will now get back to if I have to force us.

This comic is a bit short compared to my favorite LF:TC stories, but I can see you have potential to do great stuff for BM:TC. Keep up at it, and hope to see more comics from you.
