I may be a retard, but i am not that stupid. 
While I take that to mean that the build sent to the company wasn’t nearly complete (I could’ve taken it to mean the actual game isn’t complete yet), this still makes me think that perhaps we have many more months, if not years, ahead of us before this mod sees the light of day. 
Gosh, while I agree with your waiting a few weeks before letting the PDF be posted, this sure does make me sad. I hate waiting.
