BM Coverage in Australian PC Powerplay

Like what?

I didnā€™t realize they had such trouble with the tentacle, the gal heard crying was not me, Joel is contributing a lot of ambiance not just music, you can sprint indefinitely, and while going to the art institute of Pittsburgh Ben used to bug other developers about the project before he came on the team.

Cool, it was better than I thought. Thanks

now please explain how it makes sense that you learned that from the articleā€¦

ā€¦She didnā€™t know she was no longer part of the mod team and her lines were being replaced with another girls voice?

jk

Did the scans ever turn up?

Scans or the source PDF?
PM me if you just want scans.

Iā€™m also looking for the source PDF, all I found so far are scans.

Au contraire.

PM sentā€¦ that would be great, Iā€™m just after something readable.

I read it and wondered about it. So I asked who it was and learned it was a quick volunteer one day.

Why only in Australia. I mean is it likely weā€™ll see some press coverage by other magazines. Maybe say, pc gamer? I remember seeing a piece in there ways back.

Iā€™m jealous of the PCPP editors, they have an exclusive beta build of BM. :jizz:

*had

Why wouldnā€™t they still have it? Itā€™s possible that it was taken away from them, but the means to achieve this would almost all be pretty rude, the only way you could take the build back without offending the editors would be to ask them to send it back and clear their hard drives and hope they would listen. Personally, I would keep it on an external drive or something, showing it to my close circle of friends although I would have to be careful for if I let it get leaked through uncareful supervising of its use, the developpers would immediately suspect me.

The only have 3 or 4 levels. So, it doesnā€™t matter.

They have 2. UC and WGH

Besides how does the number of levels take away from its importance? itā€™s black mesa dammit! and those 2 levels together contain a lot of the enemies gameplay and sounds we will get through the game.

I am so glad you do not work at PCPP

me too :p.
I canā€™t write articlesā€¦ I use a language much too familiar to go with a professional review.
Anyways, Iā€™m not sure I would rather have a small build of the modā€¦ I would probably just keep playing through it again and again and again, my hunger for black mesa only growing each day, knowing I cannot have more, and finally see black mesa rise out of the shadows, only to find that the levels I played in the build are now bland and boring because I have much overplayed them.

Care to share how you are validating the IDs?
I have a pretty hacky of doing it with Operation Lambda :3

Namely, a massive array.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valveā€™s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
