Actually nothing will happen. Because existing touches before the update will all be converted to lanterns.

I cant wait, from what I’ve heard, these lanterns will provide PERMANENT light (until destroyed) so you can leave your cavern of fortitude with the peace of mind that when you return, all those lights you meticulously placed will STILL be lit.
AND you dont have to make some fool move and dig through the cavern ceiling.
So I’ve been trying that free test version, and I’m loving it. Is there a point other than building stuff? Do you actually have to mine for things in the real game?

At the moment it’s very similar. You have to mine to get blocks. However, there are different game modes that he is going to be releasing in the future. A big one is going to be adventure mode which involves no mining whatsoever. Fight and explore caves and castles and stuff. I personally love the game and it was worth every penny… errrr… Euro.
