Trolling? How is it possible for someone to troll their own thread, one in which they asked a reasonable and fair question, only to be attacked by the countless morons that think starting a fight is a smart thing to do.

Seriously, even on the Steam forums, if someone double posts, people might ask them not to, then get over it and answer their question. I think you all need to grow up.

On topic… Angry beaver made an application map to showcase his skills in complex geometry, scripting, and optimizing.
I believe OnBoardError, or… maybe Stormseeker made a ‘Black Mesa’ styled map, a recreation of a HL1 level(the one where the walkway breaks, and you have to swim through some rooms). I think it was also an application to the team. 
And I don’t have any links to them. I’ll be corrected on this, so be patient.

One thing, I tried the map in Hl2, episode 1 and episode2, and they all either result in pink checkered textires, or game crash.
The thing is, it is quite unhelpful to hijack someones thread that way. Even if it was a joke, or wasnt too serious, it basically made the thread entirely pointless and useless.
