Well I have no problem with waiting because the longer we wait the better it is and the less bugs there are. 
there are always bugs, no matter the wait! reason why we are waiting is coz mod is not done jet… bugs are found and fixed as mod is in making progress. if bugs that can be found that way get fixed… spending more time on it wont most likely fix “nor find” any new bugs. easiest way to found them is when public starts playing…
that being said, well at time trailer for 2009 was released most of people thought “its still a lot of wait” coz some people just cant wait… so know its hard to say “wait till October 2010 is easy” but what would happen if they announce in “13 October 2010” that BM will come “3 November 2010”? then we would be happy! “wow only 16 more days to go”
so if you think that way, it will come sooner than “the other way around”.
anyway there are a lot of things to do while waiting so yeah!
ill keep waiting for BM and i hope it comes in 2010.

i wonder what will happen when BlackMesa is released? as in will mods of HL1 be remade for BlackMesa (probably not likely)
will GMod Minges port BlackMesa Over to Garrys mod (very likely ) but from what i heard at YouTube the developers do not want content from there Mod/Game ported to Gmod
(will there be a SMod: Blackmesa Edition? ) one thing is for sure, when it gets released EVERY person who mocked Blackmesa Saying “it will never get released” will get whatfor
