Under the heading “when you solve a problem you create another one”… when I tested this turns out by just scaling it up the collisions and our standard standing typing animations all were off…joy. So repositioned, rebaked and now working correctly.

Nice work, man.

Why does it spell "Spectrometre?

I just assumed that everything it was hooked up to was behind the wall

The models and textures look great.

Liking the progress so far!

I would assume that the original artist was from the UK. No need to redo something that works…they just can’t spell lol.

You’ve probably just offended thousands of brits right there!:expressionless:

To be fair, I don’t think the Queen’s English spelling of Metre/Meter applies to equipment names or other similar nouns.
No need to get such a red [COLOR=‘DarkSlateGray’]colour in your face. :stuck_out_tongue:

I see what you did there!

As an American, I think this might be my new favourite prop you’ve shown.

Everybody calm down before they break out the sulphuric acid and melt this thread for all the terrible puns!

Moreover, I think I see “protoc[COLOR=‘Red’]al” on that monitor…

Looking absolutely brilliant!

Maybe if one keeps a look out, there my be some Easter Eggs on some of the monitors… :bulb:

Keep up the excellent work, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Damn Americans.

The improvements is overwhelming from the old model.
A power cable from the base of the arm would be nice, so it feels like the screen would have power.
And the arm looks to plane, maybe texturing cables the underside of the arm.

But it is not anything important, just small things i would have liked to see.

That might be a bit much. None of the computers or keyboards in the game have cables…its not really worth it.

There’s nothing wrong with a bit of humour!

Back to topic.
I did a quick swap out today. Replaced the keys on our standard keyboard model. AO added and UVs tweaked. 4k shot.

I swear I had a keyboard just like that years ago.

I hope the seemingly American flag on that key is there just to spite you. :stuck_out_tongue:

Small things that exponentially up things like polycount.

Oh my god, that keyboard is so much better than the original model. drools
