Thanks for that–I don’t want to add any variables that aren’t legitimate.
Staring from 0: 33 it sounds like a slowed down SSTV transmittion for me.
there to much background noise to even extrapolate any data from it. Its a dead end.
There’s that god damn number again, number 47. It could be a coincidence but what the hell? I swear it’s plastered around this whole thing.
Here’s the message that actually came with the Hex number.
It’s definitely OTR 4
Where abouts, can you link to the pages its on?

First post
Several other areas I’ve seen this but it seems it all has to do with the 752 code.
maybe it might mean something, who knows.
There are 3 different numbers in 752
7*5=35
35 with the original multiplier removed = 3
The ONLY odd number between 2 and 7 not listed in the number itself = 3
Half-Life 3 Confirmed!
3 is also a Fibonacci number.
there are 7 3’s in 21.
I could go on lol
You all need to learn how to HL3 Conspiracy Illuminaty:
BENALLOHPAILLIER=02051401121215081601081212090518= 02/05/14 01/12/12 15/08/16 01/08/12 12/09/05 ( 18 ). The only date that has yet to come is 15/08/16
18=9+9=3+3+3+3+3+3 ==> HL3 release date 15/08/16
Jenn0_Bing is one of the developers, the binary translates to lol and something else, but since it has the name of the developer it’s almost securely an easter egg.
What about the binary above it. I’ve been trying but I can’t get anything out of it, but then again I couldn’t get anything out of the Jenn0_Bing sequence either, didn’t know if some of the shit there was actually 1s or just zeros or just blank space.
It says lol Jenn0_Bing, and something else above More Numbers.

The second point on the first post.
Has anyone tried converting this HEX segment into a base64 string? It could, possibly, be a hidden PNG or Binary segment hidden by converting it to HEX.
EDIT:
Well I just tried it. Turns out - that HEX segment has many sequences that aren’t actually hexadecimal code. So I cleaned up the parts that weren’t HEX and got this.
When combined, I noticed some interesting abbreviations. Could be nothing - but I thought I’d highlight what I found interesting and share it.
Here’s the HEX (correct version) decoded to ASCII (bytes outside 32 - 126 range displayed in italics as their byte values)

Without byte data
Here’s the corrected hex in base32
Corrected hex to base32hex
Corrected hex to base64
And last of all, here’s what I got when I opened the ASCII file in notepad.
I’ll look into it more tomorrow.
EDIT: Before I went to bed, I just found this.
Highlighted in Red in my third quote is ABCAED. This is a Hexadecimal color code for a color with the name “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet.” Dead serious. There is a color named that… fucked up I know. Any how - here’s the proof I had a feeling that “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet.” was latin, but when I tried to translate it to english - all I got was “Lorem ipsum carrot” Odd, I know.
So I kept digging, and found a wikipedia page referencing “Lorem ipsum” This was the relevant information on the Wiki page.
Very interesting. This part of the quote “blame belongs to those who fail in their duty through weakness of will” reminds me of the part in HL2:EP2 when Eli tells Gordon that right before he was about to proceed with the test - the GMAN whispered in his ear “Prepare for unforeseen consequences…” with Eli noting that after the GMAN told him that, his instinct told him to abort the test, yet he continued on with it anyways.
Any input would be awesome. Does anyone think this is relevant?
this is quite intresting, could have something to do with other parts of this episode, or could have to do with Stardate 41255.9
Yes, there doesn’t seem to be anything, the Base64 string starts with sys and in the middle it says “TOXDAY”, the distribution of the letters is not completely flat, but nothing extraordinary.

Where did you got the Lorem Ipsum from? On that webpage, any hex string with 6 digits will translate to a color, and it will always show Lorem Ipsum in the example, because as you found, Lorem Ipsum is a phrase used as placeholder and filler to show how text would look.
