Who says the ftp isn’t the next place to go? What if the HALOS plaintext says to go to Storm’s ftp with username X and password Y ? So far, we don’t yet have a username to go with the password (“BENALOHPALLIER”), so that’s probably something we’ll need to work towards further down the line.

ok, some new thoughts, anyone spooled up on pascals triangle? Also, BENALOHPALLIER, these guys came up with some homomorphic encryption, based off prime numbers. So I was thinking, “this unlocks at the start of the end” so at the bottom of the code that isn’t solved, “21 goes into 1” so the number 21 goes into ONE of the prime numbers once,used to encrypt the code, so, at the end of the code, applying pailler encryption, and considering 21 goes into the following prime numbers once, 23, 29,31,37,41, I think here would be a good place to start at this code again, I don’t have the resources to start crunching this right now, if someone wants to take a shot at this, also any feedback on this would be appreciated

Storm, posting as 0418_08151814, made a correction to a post concerning the latitude, longitude clues. He pointed out that a mistake was made on one of them and that it actually points to the Kryptos sculpture. Perhaps, the solution to the first Kryptos puzzle is our phrase.

I said MONTHS ago that the Kryptos Scuplture had something to do with this by the method its sections where solved and how parts of this ARG and Clues where identical in method used for encryption used in Kryptos.
Between “Subtle Shading And” -> “SSA”

And with standard sort of anagram “fun”, one comes up with “ABSCISSA.”

Hi, i am new to this ARG, but have a lot of experience in other ARGs. Can i suggest something? It’s obvious, that we struck a downpoint here and are really in need of new input. So new people would be very healthy for this ARG, maybe they see something we don’t see. But currently it’s way to hard for new people to catch up. What we really need is a comprehensible Timeline of what has been happening in this ARG so far. I know there is a timeline Thread in the wiki, but that starts in the middle of the ARG and is written way to specific. I would take it on me to write this timeline but sadly i wasn’t here from the beginning is there any old fox(a person who was here from the start), that is interested in helping me creating this timeline?
The timeline would also be useful for the long time guys because we could easily reefer what was happening when and what we did try/didn’t try.

And the IP address of onboarderror.com has changed again. It’s now 66.49.205.251. The server on that IP is hosting some 1400 websites (before the sites went down, I believe it was just the two domains on what must have been a dedicated server or a VPS or something).
thestormseeker.com doesn’t even resolve to an IP anymore.
This means that, at the moment, there is no official and trusted source for the thepizzaisalie files (which include the HALOS.txt file) and the “21 goes into 1” hint.
On a different topic, has anyone checked the public-beta branch of BM for any changes?

First off I have just been following this thread and the ARG I know nothing of ciphers or codes or decryption
I was playing through BMS again and noticed a strange name on a console. In AM where you climb the ladder to “start the rotor” the console you push the button on has the name STORMTRON9000 written on the bottom left (very near the floor)
I doubt this has anything to do with the ARG but ya never know.
Storm says on his steam profile that he “concepted over 90 machines, consoles and bits of equipment found throughout the facility.” So, this is probably just his signature on one of the assets he worked on. I can’t remember specific examples, but I think STORMTRON is found on some other machines/consoles as well.
Question, does anyone here know the actual name of the portal machine at the end of the game?
