Spectrogram of the first (roughly) seven tenths of jet.ogg
Jet.ogg has the most interesting spectrogram i have ever seen.
Yet more confusing images to chase…
Remember Tim Evans = “TV in MESA”?
Perhaps, we should look for more TV’s like this one.
It certainly looks like there may be some hidden letters behind the color bars doesn’t it?
Has anyone else found TVs that contain the color bars elsewhere?
Should we go looking for those and see what we end up with if we place them all together?
Where would they be within the games files?
What is so interesting about the texture? Why is there a VB script in the zip?
There is a jpeg file in it showing what i found. The VB script that is in there was because i was bored. Run it.
Forget the Script, it is a joke.
I clicked on it, at the end it displays the following screenshot:

I once found a really strange monitor in lambda core. I posted it before but got no reaction. Maybe you guys looked over it.
The text seems to say:
this is some important text
Actually I just don’t think of anything ??? to say. really. which i guess is my fault. Everything is always my fault, after all!
283 + 252…
252 - 383
252 - 121
2540??8
You can find it yourself in the guard station in lambda core.
Sorry if this has been discussed before/is useless.
YouTube link at the end in the pic?
You are correct.
That is base64 which decodes to: I was bored.

OK there’s the JPEG you posted.
Why is it interesting? I don’t get it.
There is a small signature on it on the bottom right of the jpeg file.
Why did you have to be so coy about it?
Can’t we just post a picture and say “Hey guys, look at the signature in the corner. (picture)”?
Yes, that’s been pointed out before. It appears in a number of places, including the initial interior scene of Black Mesa.
It says:
This is some important text
Actually I just can’t think
of anything notable to say,

285 + 252
252 - 363
252 - 121
2548258
saphendym pointed out that the actual VTF file has something to the far right of the first line of text that’s covered up in the game.
It shows:
This is some important text 24/2

Something bothered me about the numbers in important text monitor:
285 + 252
252 - 363
252 - 121
2548258
Namely how they add up:
2 520 000
- 28 500
- 363
- 121
= 2 548 258
Could be absolutely nothing but I found it somewhat interesting

24/2 is 12, probally just a coincidince, but it could relate to the date 12/12/12 , and what was meant by “time reveals all”. Again, it’s unlikley, but you never know.
In other news, A Wikia Contributor has added file hashes to Stormseeker’s Wikia page.
Don’t know why, or how they are relevant/useful, but I thought it need mentioning.
I’d take that edit with a grain of salt.
That same person (or at least someone with the same IP) has been going around the Wiki making changes to other people’s work, posting cheeky comments and generally not being helpful at all. For instance, they posted a comment, “tl;dr” on the Storyline page. Bro, it’s a storyline–if you didn’t want to read something long, why would you choose the page that is obviously going to be one of the longest?
Anyway.
Here’s a list of the changes this person(s) made: A Wikia Contributor
Furthermore, the hashes they posted are not a result of the Hex code or the “congratulationsyouwonthePIZZA” message, so I don’t know where the hell they came from.
It’s probably just a troll.
EDIT: Did a quick IP search–it turns up Redwood City, California. Do we know of any major players from the BM team that currently reside in Cali? If not, I think we can pretty much disregard any changes this person has made. They’re probably just bored and/or frustrated with the ARG and trying to make our lives harder.
