are you planning on doing something special after the mod gets released?

The hoax. Would. Be. Legendary.

Why are you so persistent with the whole vaporware thing, if you don’t like the mod, don’t post here.

one more time and I may hafta flick him.

I aprove of this flicking.

flickim’ away like a booger

If you are planning something special after release, I hope it doesn’t consist of perishable foods or you’ll be screwed waiting for it and all the money you spent on all that perishable party food will down the toilet.

Peace, Defender

what?

I hope they release some kind of “The Making of Black Mesa”, talking about the history of its development, what were the great parts, the major catastrophes, and the neat things that all went into making the mod. Of course, it’ll probably be half filled with rants about us obnoxious fans, but some of us (like me) deserve to be berated a bit.

playing it with my girlfriend so she can get into it too.

playing with your girlfriend will cut out valuable BM playing time.

playing it with the girlfriend, however, effectively doubles your enjoyment when she becomes a half-life obsessed fanatic extension of yourself

Ahaha, Oh sorry for being off topic, but Tiki’s signature is just laughable. :3

:hmph:

Why do my posts always have to be a new page…

I know what you mean… except my posts are almost always the last on a page. :frowning: i’ll trade you

Probably because the vast majority of mods end up as vaporware and this one seems too good to be true. Especially for free.

It’s actually a compliment in a roundabout sort of way.

Some people fail to realize that getting disturbed about the release, creating an account, and starting a thread destined to be unanswered/closed is more of a compliment and expression of interest than simply ceasing to follow the mod. These same people also think that their comments are important enough to change the developer’s behaviors, as if the success of the mod depends on sales and loyal customers. I will bet that pleasing these people is not the developer’s main concern, but rather faithfully recreating HL until they themselves are satisfied. It is their work and their time, we are not buying anything from them and they owe us nothing.

What did I do? (sorry for the xtra-late respond)

After completing the game i will integrate all bms levels in Garry’s Mod and play the game again, but this time with a alyx, barney, master chief, arbiter and Heavy (tf2) npc to create a overpowerd megaz0rd and blow the fuck out of everyone

Unless the maps aren’t compatible with garry’s mod.

Let em dream, Solo, let em dream…

Oh man those are contagious you should see a Doctor before it’s too late…

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
