@ annihilist - loved the ads, they were great. Especially the headcrab one!
Thanks =)
Wasn’t this thread sticky a while ago? It’s not like i have much say in this matter, but can the mods/admins please make this thread sticky again? People may not have posted here for two months but they will soon enough, i guess.
This is somewhat unrelated but really cool in my opinion.
On the second page is this post
The deviant art account is long gone but Nick has a post about this on his blog:
https://www.pogomix.net/half-life-2-renders/
The crazy thing is that Nick Bertke is now known as the DJ Pogo and has been remixing movies and real life (where he remixes interviews and city life) for a few years now. He’s become relatively well known for his work, it all originally starting with this video wherein he remixes Disney’s “Alice in Wonderland”:
He’s since been commissioned by Pixar to do remixes of “Up” and “Toy Story”, and by Cinemax to remix “Dexter” among other things. He’s already done a mini tour in America (He’s from Perth, Australia) and visited Tibet (for the purpose of remixing the recordings he’s done there) on just the support of fans through kickstarter.
I never had heard of his Half-life stuff until that blog, so it’s just crazy to me that someone I’ve purchased tickets to see at a sold out show next month, came from that background. This might not be that cool to everyone else, but just seeing that post today was really crazy to me. I know tons of people who are fans of his music and it’s really weird to see him talked about without his identity as a musician present at all, and has shown how far he’s come.
Pogo is AWESOME
Man, that guy is so multi-faceted! First amazing CGI and now music! Thanks for sharing this Flubly!
here´s mine:
neonit.deviantart.com essentially the same stuff shown in my portofolio, picks of modding projects I´ve worked on.
(snip) sorry, double post.
Sorry for such a delay, but updated!
I have a DA account in the sense that DA still keep spamming me with shit, but I have no idea what my account name or password are.
I posted some art work up there a long time ago but stopped after I realised that the average mental age of people there was 8. Since my mental age is 11 I am far too cool to go there anymore.
LoL didn’t know this thread existed, I got to pay more attention.
Anyways, here’s mine: https://disturbulator.deviantart.com/
Apparently dA doesn’t notify you anymore if you score a Daily Deviation. Logged in this morning to find my whole gallery frigg’n RAPED with comments, watch notifications and fucktons of favorites.
Why is it only my old stuff gets attention?

@ Fnork - Those are some pretty wild concepts you’ve got there. Looks like you’re a promising artist.
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
