I got Fallout 3 GoTY, Far Cry 2, STALKER SoC and Clear Sky. £38 in total.
I added Beyond Good and Evil to my list. It strayed into my “Don’t pay more than $5 for a single game” rule.

No, but good english skillz is worth more than money can buy.
Only if you don’t have Vista. I enjoyed it when I played it back on XP, since it allowed me to play with a combination of mouse + gamepad. The Cradle is also one of the creepiest sections I’ve ever experienced in a game.
However in Vista, at least for me, there’s been a glitch that endlessly loops the opening cutscene if you’ve played any other game between restarting your computer and playing Thief: Deadly Shadows. I like it, but i don’t like it so much that I’ll completely restart my PC every time I want to play it.
I didn’t notice anything wrong with his English skills other than not capitalizing the beginning of the sentence, using a comma in the middle of the price (which I thought was actually done in some places), and extraneous space before the question mark at the end. On the internet that’s well above par.
well i have windows 7 is it going to work ?
just a basic search of “windows 7 thief 3” will get you the info you want faster, but it seems to have issues running on windows 7 as well as vista. It will probbly run, but no as well as it should.
Can we get some recommendations up in hurr!? I’m contimplating whether I should get Mirror’s Edge and Stalker.
Anyone buying STALKER soc should install either complete 2009 or the L.U.R.K mods. Vanilla stalker isn’t the best experience you can get out of the game.
I also bought the origional Far Cry because it was dead cheap.

I just wish I did not buy Fallout 3 when it was on sale a few months ago, since I pretty much need to buy it again as the GOTY edition to avoid burning myself by buying the additions separately
Oh god, STALKER for less than 2 GBP? Is it a bad game?
If the opening cutscene isn’t that important, you can always go into the games video files and delete the opening video. (I assume custcene means pre-rendered video?) I don’t know if this works for all games, but I’ve done it for a few others. That might fix the issue by never loading the file at all.

DANG IT! I have the money and would love to buy this stuff, but with Christmas 2 days away I’m not allowed to buy anything. It’s just how my parents work. Since I’ll be getting gifts on Christmas, the amount of things we are permitted to buy ourselves drops drastically until the week before Christams where no buying is really permitted.
