Well, I have discovered why this image shows up when I try to view a board: it turns out I have received a special type of ban on 4chan called a “/z/ ban” which prevents users from viewing/posting on boards by sending them to said image (I think blackmesa forums should do this to banned members except use a more appropriate picture 
). All this is really confusing seeing as I have never even made a post on 4chan. I just switched to comcast internet, so I guess that must somehow be causing the problem.
